Ashington’s policy is to use or disclose personal information for the purpose which was specified or would have been reasonably apparent at the time the information was collected, or any other related purpose which a contact would reasonably expect it to be used.

Should Ashington wish to use or disclose information in other circumstances it would obtain consent from the individual.

A customer may request that their details be removed from all or some of our marketing lists at any time via phone, email or fax. Ashington's records will then be amended within 30 days.
